Following his collegiate success, Coach Aziz transitioned to the NBA, where he showcased his talent against the best players in the world. His professional career took him across the globe, playing in competitive leagues in Spain, Germany, and Japan. Coach Ali
Coach Ali, originally from Dakar, Senegal, is a dedicated basketball coach with a unique journey in the sport. Growing up passionate about soccer, he discovered basketball at the age of 13, as he found himself increasingly tall and soon realized his inclination toward the basketball court. His love for the game blossomed during his high school years, where he honed his skills and deepened his understanding of basketball.
After high school, Coach Ali seized the opportunity to further his basketball career by accepting a scholarship to play college basketball in Rhode Island, graduating in 2014. His time in college was pivotal; he contributed to both the Men’s and Women’s basketball programs, gaining invaluable insights and experience that would shape him into an effective coach.
As a true student of the game, Coach Ali developed a high-level basketball IQ from an early age. He enjoyed watching games, analyzing plays, and immersing himself in the strategic aspects of basketball. His enthusiasm for the sport translates into his coaching philosophy, where he emphasizes skill development, teamwork, and a deep appreciation for the game.
